These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Belgravia Plus scheme (the “Belgravia Plus”). Any membership of or participation in the Belgravia Plus will be treated as acceptance of these Terms. 

These Terms set out the terms of the agreement between Grosvenor Estate Management Limited (“Grosvenor”), the retailers and leisure operators participating in the Belgravia Plus (the “Participating Retailers”) and the holders of the Belgravia Plus membership (“you”, or the “Members”). Grosvenor reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. 

  1. The Belgravia Plus is a free local discount loyalty scheme managed by Grosvenor (registered company number 02048534), whose address is 70 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JP. Any enquiries should be addressed to Belgravia.marketing@grosvenor.com.
  2. The Belgravia Plus is only available to, and shall be free of charge for, Members, who meet the following criteria: (i) resident of Belgravia, (ii) those who work in Belgravia, (ii) those who are given access by Participating Retailers, and/or (iv) such other criteria as Grosvenor may determine from time-to-time in its sole discretion (the “Criteria”). The boundary of Belgravia Plus eligibility is determined as a 1-mile radius from SW1W 8LP. 
  3. You can apply for the Belgravia Plus by visiting www.Belgravialdn.com and completing the application form. If your application is accepted, the Criteria are met and you have received a confirmation notification, your Belgravia Plus login will be available to use immediately. Grosvenor has the right to deny membership to any applicant who does not live or work in the qualifying Belgravia area or otherwise meet the Criteria.
  4. Membership of the Belgravia Plus is for personal use only and cannot to be shared with third parties. Belgravia Plus membership, logins and codes cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded
  5. Details of Participating Retailers can be found on the Belgravia Plus website (accessed via www.Belgravialdn.com) once you are logged in as a Member. The list of Participating Retailers is subject to change from time to time, without notice. Please check the above website for current Participating Retailers. Grosvenor shall have no liability for any loss and/or disappointment caused as a result of any retailers ceasing to participate in the Belgravia Plus. 
  6. Members may receive benefits from the Participating Retailers by showing their Belgravia Plus membership code at the point of purchase. The code may only be used by the authorized Member, and Members may be asked to provide proof of identity at the time of purchase. 
  7. Promotional offers and discounts by Participating Retailers are only applicable for in-store purchases of full-priced goods or services at the Belgravia branch of the Participating Retailer, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions or card schemes. 
  8. Promotional offers and discounts by Participating Retailers are subject to change at any time. Grosvenor does not make any guarantee, warranty or condition about the accuracy of the content of any discounts, offers or promotions forming part of the Belgravia Plus’s offering.
  9. Membership of the Belgravia Plus does not guarantee entry into the premises of any Participating Retailer. Participating Retailers are entitled to refuse admission and/or sale to any individual.
  10. Where you request a refund (under the terms and conditions of the Participating Retailer’s refund policy) in relation to a purchase made with Belgravia Plus discount or promotional offer, you may be asked to present your Belgravia Plus login by the Participating Retailer.
  11. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account in the instance of a change of email address. If you forget your password or lose login access, you will be able to request a new password or create a new account via the Belgravia Plus website: www.Belgravialdn.com 
  12. The Belgravia Plus remains the property of Grosvenor at all times and Grosvenor reserves the right to vary, suspend or withdraw the Belgravia Plus at any time and for any reason. In the event of suspension or withdrawal, Grosvenor will confirm the last date for use of the Belgravia Plus on www.Belgravialdn.com 
  13. Grosvenor may cancel your Belgravia Plus membership at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud or a breach of these terms. In such circumstances, you will be notified of the cancellation by email, such notification taking effect immediately. 
  14. Members may cancel or terminate their membership of the Belgravia Plus at any time by emailing Grosvenor with details of the membership to be cancelled at: Belgravia.marketing@grosvenor.com. 
  15. Grosvenor does not accept any liability arising out of or relating to your application to, participation in or membership of the Belgravia Plus, except for those losses which cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law (such as liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation). 
  16. Grosvenor will make use of the personal data of applicants to and Members of the Belgravia Plus. For information about how Grosvenor uses your data, how long it will be kept for and how to manage your data (including how to stop Grosvenor using your personal data), please see our Privacy Policy which can be found on our website at https://www.Belgravialdn.com/privacy-policy 
  17. Use of the Belgravia Plus website is subject to the Website Terms and Conditions which can be found here: https://www.Belgravialdn.com/terms-conditions 
  18. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
  19. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Terms.
