Negroni Masterclass at Boisdale of Belgravia
Step into the elegant Negroni Bar at Boisdale of Belgravia for an intimate cocktail masterclass celebrating one of Italy’s most enduring aperitivo classics. Led by Boisdale’s brilliant Bar Manager, Brian Calleja, this small-group experience is perfect for curious beginners, cocktail lovers and anyone who appreciates a beautifully balanced drink in atmospheric surroundings.
The evening begins with a welcome Americano and canapé, introducing the essential principles of balance and bitterness before Brian guides guests through the origins of Italian aperitivo culture, the Milano-Torino, the Americano and the birth of the Negroni.
On Wednesday 20 May, guests will build and enjoy two full serves, each paired with a canapé: the Classic Negroni and the White Negroni, two of the most popular Negroni styles ordered by Boisdale guests.
On Wednesday 17 June, the experience continues with Boisdale’s signature Classic Negroni, followed by a hands-on Smoky Negroni, where guests can choose either mezcal or peated whisky, with Brian sharing his expertise throughout.
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, with practical tips for recreating the cocktails at home. Spaces are intentionally limited.
