Mid-Summer Menu with Chapel Down

The Lanesborough Grill, under the creative direction of Executive Chef Shay Cooper, is delighted to unveil a vibrant new mid-summer menu launching on 12th June 2025. Celebrating the very best of British seasonal produce, the menu is a tribute to the tastes of summer and will be available for a limited time.

In a special collaboration with Chapel Down, England’s leading wine producer, each dish on the mid-summer menu can be paired with a wine designed to enhance and elevate the dining experience. Guests will enjoy a symphony of flavours as they journey through a menu inspired by the freshest ingredients sourced from across the UK – from coastal seafood and heritage vegetables to delicate summer berries and wild herbs.

“Our aim is to craft a menu that truly captures the essence of the British summer,” says Executive Chef, Shay Cooper. “Working with exceptional produce at its seasonal peak and pairing each course with outstanding English wine cuvees from Chapel Down, makes for a genuinely celebratory experience.”
